Our company was formed initially to buy and rent real estate for our personal retirement income. Like most people, we did all of the work ourselves on weekends and late at nights and worked our regular jobs during the day. Very soon, we saw the opportunity to expand and acquire more properties and provide a superior product and services to serve what we feel was an under serve market. Our basic philosophy was simple - "DO NOT RENT A UNIT TO ANYONE UNLESS WE WOULD WANT TO LIVE THERE OURSELVES FOR ANY EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME" - We live by that creed everyday.
PRINCIPALS
Antonio Willabus - Managing Partner
Antonio is a licensed real estate agent with extensive experience in property management, renovation and restoration, property rehab, lead compliance and removal and real estate investing. His prior experiences included Vice President of Procurement at a large New York City Publisher & Media company, Management & Procurement Consultant for IBM and several years in the U.S. Air Force as an officer and pilot and also the U.S. Navy. He holds multiple gaduate degrees in Business Adminstration / Management, Aeronautical Science & Management Information Systems.
He currently oversees all property & customer issues, property rehab, renovation & restoration, property acquisition and maintenance issues for 7th Street Properties, LLC & WillCo HOME CHANGES
Lynda-Ann Willabus - Partner
Lynda-Ann is a licensed real estate agent with extensive experience in real estate sales and property management, accounting and computer/information systems. She holds a Master of Management Information Systems degree and attained several certificates in all facets of Real Estate. She currently manages all back office operations for 7th Street Properties, LLC; WillCo Management Holdings, LLC and WillCo HOME CHANGES.
That mission continues to be a driving force through today. WillCo Home Changes, LLC has always sought out the finest investors, architects, contractors, and support staff. This enables us to be one of the nation's most respected property developers.
